You want to return your item? 


No problem. 
Within 60 days after receipt of the item, you can cancel this contract without giving reasons.
We will gladly take back your purchased item and refund the amount.


Q: How do I return an item?


A: You can return any purchased product, according to our terms and conditions, within 60 days of receipt.

Please note:
We ask you to handle the clothes with care when you check and try them on. 
Laubhan GmbH & Co. KG can only take back goods in perfect condition. 
If the goods are damaged, soiled, washed or worn, ArizonaShopping is not obligated, 
to accept your revocation in its entirety

Please pack the goods carefully and place them in a parcel shop of your choice.


Q: To which address should I return the delivery?


A: On the back of your invoice you will find the exchange/return slip. 
Enclose this form with your return and send the package sufficiently stamped to the following address:

Please do not send back unfree parcels, despatched costs are to be borne by the customer.
